Term of Services

GENERAL
Full Payment upfront.
Everything is open for discussion.
Artist might decline themes if she sees she is no fits or unable to delivery.
Extra fee will be charged if clients want the art piece within a certain date.
Commercial Usage will have different rate, ranged to 2-4x of base price.PAYMENTS
Full Payment upfront. Please also provide proof of payment if needed. Artist will provide the details of offer invoice (in USD or THB) Never send any payment before Artist approve the client's request with the invoice details.WORK FLOW & REVISIONS
Artist will contact client within 48h after the request have been made. Waiting list might take long turnaround time. After payment completion, Artist will start working on client's request. Artist will give updates during the WIP period, on sketches stages and final adjustment before completion of the art piece.Client will have 2 chances for revisions. Major revision only could be made during sketch stage and only minor adjustment before final rendering.DELIVERY
File will be sent via email.
For traditional artwork (ex. watercolor, gouache, ink, etc.), if client want the physical illustration, client need to pay for packaging and delivery costs.
Commissions that have their final files sent to the client will be considered finished work and cannot be revised.USAGE POLICY
Client obliged to credit the artist in a fit place if the artwork is used for personal use or any commercial purposes; streaming/monetization platform, content, CD/book/other media cover art, video game, etc.Prohibited to use or sell the commissioned artwork that will bring client any profit without expressed agreement with the artist (e.g: any form of digital or physical merchandise, etc.)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
commissioned art belongs to the client. However, the artist maintains the right to use, edit, display, and reproduce the artwork for sample and self-promotion.
The commissioned artwork is prohibited to be used with AI tools, or exploited in any way! It's also not allowed to be sold or licensed as an NFT, cryptocurrency, or through blockchain technology.REFUNDS
Both the artist and the client reserve the right to cancel the request if payment has not been made. 100%* of Refund will be made if Artist have urgent concerns that make it difficult to finish the artwork. However, client will not receive the in-progress file. (*only from the subtotal that the Artist receive. Tax cut will be excluded)Client could request for refund if artist cannot deliver any update within 2 months with proof of payment provided.COMMUNICATION

Only certains type of commissions you see here is available at all time. Any other request for example full body cg with complex background, watercolor illustation, please send request saperately for quoting price.
